The fastest and easiest way to schedule your appointment with the doctor is to contact our office at (516) 352-2773.

One of our staff members will promptly schedule you with a convenient time to see the doctor. If this is your first visit please tell the staff so that they can schedule a longer appointment for you. The initial visit takes approximately 1 hour. Be sure you bring in your insurance card and identification as well as prior X-rays, MRI studies, tests, etc. For your convenience we also have an office map and directions available for you to print out.
